  10. I just made the following files available on our anonymous ftp site:

  14. contains a PostScript file, describing the IDEA cypher. It is actually
  15. Chapter 3 of Dr. X. Lai's thesis and was posted on the net recently.

  17. ftp.informatik.uni-hamburg.de:/pub/virus/texts/security/itar.zip
  18.  
  19. contains the full text of ITAR - the US export/import regulations.
  20.  
  21. There are other computer security related texts in the same directory,
  22. so help yourself. Just have in mind that our communication link is
  23. rather slow.
